We are Hiring a Youth Minister - Evangelization Director

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Youth Ministry - Evangelization Director located in Danville, IL; part of campus ministry at Schlarman Academy. The Director will be responsible for managing and implementing programs and activities for teens, young adults, and new families, developing and managing budgets, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, and collaborating with other staff members and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Youth Development skills
• Program Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with youth, preferably in a leadership role
